To appeal to younger consumers, Burt's Bees aimed to connect through storytelling that emphasized the brand's commitment to natural ingredients and sustainability. A website revamp was essential to provide users with a more engaging and interactive experience.

The Solution

The refreshed website was designed with a user flow centered on intuitive navigation for young consumers, paired with compelling storytelling and engaging brand visuals to enhance the user experience, appealing to both new and returning customers. Campaign emails were also created to align with the website redesign, while a digital playbook was developed to provide ongoing guidelines as the brand expands its online community.
